The story on how I got my favorite monster red eyes black dragon (spoilers on the episode if you haven't watched the original Yu-Gi-Oh duel monsters) it all started when I was in 6th grade I was just started watching Yu-Gi-Oh I was on the part were Yugi and his friends were at duelist Kingdom but I was on the episode where Joey was dueling Rex at the time I was watching all the part until I saw rex pull a card I did not know what it was until he summoned red eyes black dragon my eyes was I didn't know the word just surprised when I saw it it encouraged me to play the game though it didn't know how to play I was destined to know so years later was in 8th grade I decide to buy some card packs hoping I can get red eyes the first attempt I got some good cards but it wasn't red eyes so I gave up but on my birthday I got red eyes black metal dragon and then it's it's trap card metal morph then couple of card packs later I did it I finally got red eyes and a special buddy named kuriboh then later I got summoned skull then my principal gave me a red dragon archfiend deck pretty much I was trying to build the deck of my own but besides that that's how I got my favorite monster
